Shop Opening Hours:

Where should we go on our hire bikes?

It’s completely up to you where to go!
- The local back-roads around Loudoun Valley are very popular with cyclists, offering fantastic views and very little traffic.
- The ever-popular Irvine River path is a gentle, traffic free (mostly), short ride if you just want to get a bit of fresh air.
- Greater Ayrshire has some excellent cycling with a large selection of ideal routes for all abilities.
- Whitelee has over 130km of trails and roads, a Pump Track, as well as a Technical MTB Skills Trail – something for all levels of cyclist!

Do you provide any safety equipment?

Yes, we provide a helmet with each bike.
This is optional but is strongly recommended and is included within the cost.
All children (under 16) MUST wear a helmet.
We also recommend that you wear gloves and check the local weather (and bring appropriate clothing) to ensure your comfort and safety
Hi-Viz vests are available (FREE) on request for all hires
Do you deliver?

Yes, we can deliver and collect your hire bikes for £10 within our designated area.
Minimum rental numbers and/or rental length may apply depending on where you need the items delivered to.
What happens if something breaks on the hire bike?

What if a hire bike gets stolen?

We expect you as the hirer to take every precaution to prevent the theft of the bike and any other equipment we provide.
If a bike gets stolen you should report it to us and the local police as soon as possible making sure you record the crime reference number so we can discuss the theft with our insurance provider.
- A free lock will be provided with every overnight hire.
- All day hires can also request a free lock – please ask when you check out with your hire..
What is the minimum age for hiring our bikes?

- Hires are available to to anyone aged 18+
- We have children’s bikes available, but all minors must be accompanied by an adult (18+)
- Minimum age for our E-bikes is 16
Do you offer discount for multiple hires?

Free Breakdown & Recovery Service available For All Hire Bikes
Minor roadside repairs such as punctures, cables/brakes/gears adjustments carried out where you are.
If your bike cannot be repaired, we will endeavour to offer a replacement (subject to availability)
Some parts may incur a charge as per hire T&C’s – please ask for details.
