Opening on Saturday 12th April 2025!
During the Easter school holidays we will be open 7 days a week from 10am until 4:30pm (until Sunday 20th April) then we’ll be open every Saturday and Sunday from 10am – 4:30pm.
Where should we go on our hire bikes?

Once you leave our hire centre it’s completely up to you where to go.
Whitelee has over 130km of trails and roads, a Pump Track, as well as a Technical MTB Skills Trail – something for all levels of cyclist!

Do you provide any safety equipment?

Yes, we provide a helmet with each bike.
This is optional but is strongly recommended and is included within the cost.
All children (under 16) MUST wear a helmet.
We also recommend that you wear gloves and check the local weather (and bring appropriate clothing) to ensure your comfort and safety

What happens if something breaks on the hire bike?

No need to worry, simply call us and we will sort this for you, if we can’t repair it quickly we will make our best efforts to provide a replacement bike.
What if a hire bike gets stolen?

If a bike gets stolen you should report it to us and the local police as soon as possible making sure you record the crime reference number so we can discuss the theft with our insurance provider
What is the minimum age for hiring our bikes?

- Hires are available to to anyone aged 18+
- We have children’s bikes available, but all minors must be accompanied by an adult (18+)
- Minimum age for our E-bikes is 16

Free Breakdown & Recovery Service available For All Hire Bikes & Buggies
Minor roadside repairs such as punctures, cables/brakes/gears adjustments carried out where you are.
If your bike cannot be repaired, we will endeavour to offer a replacement (subject to availability)
Some parts may incur a charge as per hire T&C’s – please ask for details.
E-Buggy & Go-Cart Hire at Whitelee Hire Centre
Our E-Buggies / Go-carts can be hired directly from our kiosk, but are subject to availability… first come, first served!
We have 2 x Four seater E-Buggies + 4 x Single seat Go-carts available for either 30mins or 1 hour bookings
